Be Creative with Homemade Wedding Favors
Planning a wedding is usually always on a budget and with all the glamorous aspects of a wedding you cannot forget the small things, like wedding favors.  While this is an important part, it is not always a priority and spending a lot of money of wedding favors is not usually an option.  To avoid having to buy cheap, tacky favors, try making homemade wedding favors.   Homemade wedding favors are more personalized and they save money.

Wedding favors should be a small memento for the guests as a reminder of your wedding celebration.  By making homemade wedding favors you can give something that the guests will appreciate more and not toss to the side, never to be seen again.  Small, inexpensive items can be spruced up to make great homemade wedding invitations.

Think of small items the guests will use or set out to be seen.  Magnets are great homemade wedding favors and they are easy to make.  Print out a picture of the bride and groom, a poem, or a quote and buy a sheet of magnets at an office supply store.  Some magnets have a slot to slide a picture of piece of paper in, otherwise you can cut out and paste it directly on one side of the magnet.  Favors such as this are small household items the guest will use.
